QDJY Automatic polymer dosing machine is an advanced dosing system, mainly used for the preparation and dosing of polymer solutions in water supply system, circulating water system and sludge dewatering system.

Appliances1. Dissolving, stirring and adding of coagulant, coagulant aid and disinfectant in water supply engineering.
2. Preparation and adding of various acid and alkali solutions. 3. Preparation and adding of regenerative liquid in softening and desalting water treatment. 4. Preparation and adding of water quality stabilizer for circulating cooling water.

Fully automatic operation &integrated with automatic dosing, dissolving and feeding.The highly precise of dry polymer dosing device and the well-designed heater device can prevent the polymer from caking.The dosage of dry polymer and water can be adjusted, so the concentration of the solution can be prepared purposely.The electric control cabinet can control the whole process, and it will alarm to warn the operator to add polymer powder when the powder reach low position.Optional: Vacuum feeding machineOptional: On-line dilution systemTank material: SS304 or SS316, PP, FRP etc.Product Parameters

TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated, 30% deposit, 70% balance payment before shipment.

Yes. Although our normal trade term is EXW, FOB, CIF, we can also arrange logistics to your warehouse.
