With the rapid development of the economy, environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, and the conventional drying efficiency and high-cost drying methods are increasingly unable to meet the existing needs. The heat pump low-temperature sludge drying treatment system developed by Jiutian Machinery is used in the field of sludge drying treatment. The heat pump unit is used as the heat source for the drying sludge, and no fuel is consumed during the drying process so that transportation and fuel costs can be saved while avoiding fuel pollution to the environment.
Working Principle
Heat pump dryer consists of air energy heat pump unit, air guiding system, thermal insulation box device, baking room heat exchanger, humidity control system, air circulation system, air supply system, electric auxiliary system, temperature, and humidity detection system, and intelligent control system and other parts.
The heat pump dryer uses the inverse Carnot principle to absorb the heat of the air and transfer it to the room, improve the temperature of the drying room, and cope with the corresponding equipment to achieve material drying. A circulatory system is formed by a compressor, a heat exchanger (internal machine), a throttle, a heat absorber (outside machine), a compressor, and the like. The refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor. It completes the gaseous boosting process in the compressor (temperature up to 100 °C), enters the internal machine to release high-temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room while being cooled and converted into a liquid flow. When it is run to the outside machine, the liquid rapidly absorbs the heat and evaporates again into a gaseous state, and the temperature drops to minus 20 ° C - 30 ° C when the heat source around the heat sink continuously transfers heat to the refrigerant. The continuous circulation of refrigerant realizes the transfer of heat from the heat source to the air temperature in the drying room.Product Features
1.After the mechanical dewatering sludge is granulated by automatic beading, it is directly into the oven for drying, and the whole process is automated and seamlessly docked. With strong drying and reducing capacity, the dry mud moisture content is adjustable from ≤10% to 50%, and the reduction is as high as 80% or more;
2.Innovative four-effect condensing dehumidification and drying technology, the comprehensive dehumidification performance ratio is up to 4.2kg.H20/KW.h, which is 50% more energy efficient than traditional low-temperature drying;
